Scavenger Hunt Sunday {08.25.2012}

Happy Sunday!

Do I really have to go back to work tomorrow? This weekend flew by way too quickly. Probably because I was out very late last night chaperoning the high school dance. At least there was a very large candy buffet :)

But still...I could so use one more day of weekend. I'm so happy its only a four day week this week!

All of my photos this week came from my phone. Although next week my goal is to actually take out my camera and take all of my pictures that way!

Back to School
We're back! Well, we've been back for a few weeks now.

Writing Utensil
Pens. Lots and lots of pens!

Favorite Subject
Science. I guess I kind of have to say that because I teach science. A lot of science!

Mushroom pizza. Yum! This was actually dinner. Although I did have this baked potato soup for lunch every day for almost a week. Yep, it makes that much soup...

AJ joined a bowling league recently, so we've been spending a lot of time at the bowling alley practicing. He is very good. I am not very good. But its still fun!

In fact, we are headed out now, and on our list is a few games of bowling! So I better run and get ready before we are late! Hope you are having a great weekend :)

What a fun set! I love the bright colors of the bowling balls. I also thought your pens shot was pretty cool. I got one boy off to school this week, and now I just have my kindergartener to send off this week. I can't believe summer is gone!

that's a lot of "preps" - how many Science teachers do you have at your school? love your colorful bowling ball pic! I'm not sure that we even have a bowling alley in our area anymore?
WOW! how is it that you have a four day work week? do you have a teacher workday?

Bowling is great recreation. I'm on a league too. We start back Sept. 3rd as well.

What a fun post! I love seeing your schedule. It's the teacher in me. :) and believe it or not, I was in a bowling league for a few years. My parents asked, and then my sister a and a good friend of mine joined. We had a lot of fun!! I stopped when I became pregnant though.
I remember getting totally lucky and winning the trophy for highest score one year for the women. I got a 270! I was in a zone and really it was luck because my average was a 135. It made all those serious women bowlers so mad! Lol
