Scavenger Hunt Monday {4 2 2012}

This has been such a crazy week.

I started teaching on Wednesday, and I love it! The students and staff at the school are all fabulous, and I am so happy to be back in the classroom - especially after the disaster in September.

But, because I started so suddenly, I'm still pretty much day by day lesson planning, and I'm falling behind on my blogging. I have to say, I really miss everyone! My goal this week is to visit everyone, even if I can't post every day!

On the bright side though - Spring Break starts Thursday night, so I can get ahead on my planning, and catch up on scrapbooking and blogging :) Especially because AJ will be on a golf weekend, so I'll be able to take over the whole apartment with scrapbook stuff!

I've been out of Scavenger Hunt Sunday for a while, but last weekend, we visited the Field Museum with some friends who were visiting, and I was able to take lots of pictures for the Hunt!


Clouds

There were really low hanging clouds over Chicago last weekend. You could barely see any of the big buildings, and they were right there!

Sun Flare

 Despite the weird clouds, I still was able to find some sun flare :)

Seven

My original shot for "seven" was my red cons, which I thought were seven years old, because I got them in high school. Then I figured out exactly how long ago that was, and it was way more than seven years!

Instead I decided to go with our wine rack, before the Italian themed dinner party we threw Saturday night :)
